Gov shut down
Been there. Done that. You would be surprised how long most agencies of the Federal Government could shut down before most people would know the difference. "Essential services" continue. Amazing how much if the government isn't

The media’s ‘government shutdown’ doublespeak
www.wnd.com/2013/09/the-medias-government-shutdown...speak
"If you believe the progressive media and the Democrat mantra, the growth of government cannot be reversed. In their eyes and in their lexicon, the only permissible debate is over the rate of growth of government, not its direction. Repealing Obamacare would be an admission that the growth of the federal government can be reversed. To the progressives in Congress and their allies in the media, that is heresy of the highest order."

Amendment 66 mutilates state constitution, enriches greedy bureaucracy | Complete Colorado
completecolorado.com/pagetwo/2013/09/25/amendment-...cracy
"Under its rules, everything else would take a back seat to the demands of the school bureaucracy. Law enforcement would suffer. So would disaster relief, parks, the environment, services for the elderly, health care, our universities, not to mention economic investment and the taxpayers’ own needs."
